Glass, which is primarily composed of molten sand, is easily recyclable without any reduction in quality. Our recycled glass products are made from 100 percent recycled glass in Valencia, Spain. Glass bottles and other recyclables are sorted, cleaned, crushed and washed before they’re turned into the glass used to make our products. Recycled glass requires less energy to produce (because it’s melted at a lower temperature), dramatically reduces the amount of waste going into landfills (1,000 recycled bottles means 1 less ton of waste), and reduces the amount of sand and raw material extraction required to make virgin glass.
